Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

1. The order delivery timeframe includes two parts

  • Processing time: 1-3 days
  • Shipping Time: Standard Shipping takes 7-15 Business Days for most countries, while some may take 7-20 Business Days. FedEx/DHL Express Shipping delivers in 5-7 Business Days (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances).
  • For made-to-order items, please allow 7-30 working days for crafting. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, a 30% material fee will apply.

  • Shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so JoySoul cannot be liable or heldresponsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, butplease be assured that JoySoul will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

2. Shipping fee

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $59.00 USD! For orders below this amount, Standard Shipping is available for $6.99 USD, while Express Shipping starts at $29.99 USD.

Important Notes:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $59.00 USD applies only to regular-priced items and does not include free products.
  • Free products require a $18 USD shipping fee, which covers processing, shipping, and customs duties. This fee is non-deductible.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and shipping destination. We strive to keep rates affordable, but final costs depend on our shipping carriers. Even for free products, shipping fees still apply.

3. Shipping methods

USPS/FedEx/DHL/SF/Other Legitimate Logistics Companies

Packages are shipped from within the CN.  Worldwide shipping is always available. If your country is missing, please email us at support@joysoulcrystals.com to have it added.

4. Shipping Package

We take great care in packing our crystals. However, we are not responsible for items that are damaged, broken, delayed, lost, or stolen due to USPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, or SF.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by customs.

We have three main priorities when it comes to shipping:

  • Getting your crystals to you safely
  • Using friendly packing materials & reducing our Carbon Footprint
  • Saving you money

All of our shipping materials are either reused, recyclable, or biodegradable, including our bubble wrap.

5. Wrong Shipping Information

  • If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

6. Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Simply click “Track My Order” to check your shipment status.

7. Why Isn’t My Tracking Information Updating?

If your item is handcrafted in Tibet or Nepal, the tracking number will be uploaded once it’s handed over to the carrier.

Since international shipping involves multiple stages, it takes 3-5 days for your package to reach the international shipping center. During this period, there won’t be any tracking updates as it’s still in transit from Tibet or Nepal. Once the package arrives and is scanned, tracking information will be updated.

No need to worry. Just give it 3-5 days for the system to update.

8. What If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived 60 days after shipping, please contact us at support@joysoulcrystals.com. We’ll either resend a new one or issue a full refund.
